Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Manage and support device enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies via Microsoft Intune. Support and maintain meeting room infrastructure, including conferencing systems and audio/video equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve Point of Sale (PoS) system issues in coordination with vendor and application teams. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications. Monitor, log, and respond to incidents and service requests using ITSM tools. Perform hardware upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance as per company standards. Coordinate with network and server teams for escalations and ensure timely issue resolution. Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies, especially for device management and user access control. Prepare and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and known issues. Mandatory Skills:2 5 years of experience in desktop/end user support, particularly in retail environments. Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365 Architecture, and Microsoft Intune MDM. Hands on experience in PoS device support and troubleshooting. Understanding of Core Infra Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account administration. Excellent Effective Communication, problem solving skills. Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills:Experience supporting meeting room systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms). Familiarity with network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, Wi Fi troubleshooting). Microsoft certifications such as MD 102 (Endpoint Administrator) or MCSA. Knowledge of ITIL4.
