TMK TLT (Telemarketing Team Lead) What you'll do:Proactively reaching out to potential customers from company-provided leads to promote our services and arrange trial classes. Ensuring high attendance rates for scheduled trial sessions by following up with leads. Handling pre-sales inquiries and delivering accurate, timely information to customers. Monitoring and driving the team’s daily performance, ensuring each team member meets their KPIs. Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their communication, call quality, and conversion results. Organizing daily huddles, reviewing team performance, and providing regular feedback. Reporting team and individual performance results to management and suggesting process improvements. Supporting administrative tasks and completing assignments from the supervisor. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field, including 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Professional proficiency in English in both writing and speaking. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead by example. Excellent communication, patience, and resilience in a high-volume call environment. Proven ability to meet individual targets while managing team goals simultaneously.
