Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing plans that support overall company objectives.
- Set clear team goals and ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational priorities.
- Create targeted communication strategies that effectively convey the benefits of products and services to different client segments.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, guide, and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress against KPIs and deadlines.
Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to optimize future initiatives.
Budget and Resource Management
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure resources are used cost-effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, especially sales, to create cohesive marketing and sales messages.
- Oversee the creation of client-focused content—including brochures, email campaigns, and social media posts—in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
Flexibility
- Willingness to work outside the office environment when required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Marketing diploma is a plus. Experience : 3+ years at similar position Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Arabic & English proficiency is a plus). Solid understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, etc.). Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset
