- Lead the people strategy for a 350+ employee, multi-site operation (mills & farms).
- Own organization design , HR operations, talent acquisition, performance, L&D/HSE training, and HRIS transformation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Plan and execute training and development programs.
