HR Section Head

  • Lead the people strategy for a 350+ employee, multi-site operation (mills & farms).
  • Own organization design , HR operations, talent acquisition, performance, L&D/HSE training, and HRIS transformation.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and execute training and development programs.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.
  • Support succession planning and talent management.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and productive work culture.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to improve efficiency.
  • Advise management on people-related strategies and decisions.

 


10+ years in HR with 3+ years leading HR teams in feed manufacturing/agricultureStrong HRIS/payroll experience; multi-site workforce exposure.Proven org design, change management, and stakeholder leadership.
