Talent Acquisition & OD supervisor

  • Update the performance appraisal forms when required and provide assistance in monitoring appraisal process.
  • Develop & maintain employee job description.
  • Support in developing & maintaining new employee orientation & induction program.
  • Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
