- Stores Operations & Performance
- Supervise day-to-day retail operations to ensure all activities run efficiently and align with company standards.
- Support the implementation of operational policies, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
- Monitor store KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction) and report performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Team Supervision & Development
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct shift briefings, assign daily tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Support in recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.

- Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service and a consistent shopping experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and upselling initiatives.
- Inventory & Merchandising
- Oversee stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers as needed.
- Minimize loss through effective shrink management and security measures.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit operational reports, sales summaries, and performance metrics.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll input, and other administrative duties.
- Support the Store Manager in planning budgets, cost control, and operational improvements.
5-8 years of proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology sector.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple retail locations and large teams effectively.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating staff.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Solid understanding of retail sales processes, inventory management, and merchandising.Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales and operational data.Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work on-site and travel between various store locations as needed.Familiarity with retail management software and reporting tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
