We’re hiring Call Center Agents to join the Customer Service team of one of the leading and most reputable banks in Egypt ????.
You will handle customer inquiries, provide account information, and deliver top-quality service over the phone.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information about banking products and services.

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.

Follow up on customer requests and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Adhere to call handling standards and performance metrics.
