English Trainer - Bpo

  • Design and deliver engaging English language training sessions for BPO employees in an office-based environment.
  • Assess trainees’ language proficiency and tailor training modules to address specific communication gaps.
  • Develop and update training materials, resources, and activities to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to trainees to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align language training with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops on customer service communication, accent neutralization, and soft skills development.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to management.
  • Support new hire onboarding by delivering foundational English and communication skills training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language training and BPO communication.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.

1-3 years of experience in English language training, preferably within a BPO or contact center environment.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Experience designing and delivering training content for adult learners.Familiarity with BPO operations, customer service processes, and call center terminology.Ability to assess language proficiency and provide targeted coaching.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in using MS Office and digital training tools.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work full-time in an office-based setting.
