Service Advisor Engineer

  • Greet customers professionally and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns and service needs.
  • Accurately document customer complaints and vehicle symptoms and relay them clearly to technicians.
  • Provide clear, accurate cost and time estimates for recommended repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate service status updates to customers throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Promote additional service packages and preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure all work orders are completed accurately, and customer approvals are obtained before proceeding.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and escalate unresolved matters to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service reception area.
  • Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer care.

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related fieldProven experience in a automotive service role.Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
