  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and online training sessions for employees at various career levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance learning strategies.
  • Mentor and support managers in coaching and developing their teams.
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and ensure accurate training records.
  • Organize and coordinate external training, workshops, and professional development events.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in learning and development or organizational development roles.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Experience with both face-to-face and online training delivery.Ability to assess training needs and measure learning outcomes effectively.Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
