Job Title: Business Development Manager (Medical)

Job Purpose:

To lead and develop business growth strategies within the medical and healthcare sector, build strong partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable revenue growth aligned with company objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets in the medical sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends in healthcare, clinics, and hospital networks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and feasibility studies to management.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, medical institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, service agreements, and partnership deals.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous communication and support.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align business strategies with service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Medical and Clinical teams to ensure business solutions meet healthcare standards.
  • Provide input on product/service enhancements based on client feedback and market needs.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track business development KPIs and prepare regular performance and pipeline reports.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure contract renewals and compliance.
  • Analyze sales data and report insights to management for decision-making.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the medical or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of healthcare services, medical devices, or clinical operations.Proven record of revenue generation and partnership development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Fluency in English  Preferred Certifications: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business or Healthcare (preferred).Training in Sales Strategy, Healthcare Marketing, or Contract Negotiation is a plus.
