Administrative Coordinator

  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support management and staff with travel arrangements, calendar management, and event planning.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative procedures and company standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency.

Preferred  fluent in English or FrenchHard work
