- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Support management and staff with travel arrangements, calendar management, and event planning.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
- Ensure adherence to administrative procedures and company standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency.
