• Process and verify monthly payroll in alignment with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Manage attendance, absence, and leave records through biometric systems and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and submit social insurance forms (Form 1, 2, 6) while ensuring full legal compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring personnel files and clearance forms are properly completed.
• Coordinate and support labor office and social insurance inspections, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Issue official HR documents such as experience letters, salary confirmations, and insurance certificates.
• Manage termination processes, including resignations, settlements, and issuance of final documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Update and maintain the HR and personnel database to ensure accuracy and accessibility of employee records.
