We’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Big Silly Bug, a certified Odoo Partner. You’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our ERP and software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the ERP and software market.
- Present and promote Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to understand client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
1–2 years of experience in software or ERP sales (Odoo experience is a strong plus).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution selling.Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, or similar).Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
