- Handle customer inquiries and reservations for car rental and limousine services via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Accurately input and manage reservation details in the company’s booking system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to confirm vehicle availability and optimize scheduling.
- Provide detailed information to clients regarding vehicle options, pricing, terms, and additional services.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or changes to reservations promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, provide reminders, and ensure satisfaction throughout the reservation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and policies to effectively assist clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
2-4 years of proven experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.Proficiency in reservation or CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to work full-time, under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
