Sales Manager Engineer

  • Lead and manage the sales engineering team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for automotive products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Mentor and train junior sales engineers to enhance team performance and professional growth.

 

 


Minimum of 10 year of experience in sales engineering or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical or automotive environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to clients.Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Flexibility to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
