- Monitor the quality of fruits and vegetables during receiving, storage, and distribution stages.
- Implement food safety standards (HACCP – ISO – Global GAP or equivalent).
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet local and international specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality product sourcing.
- Prepare and submit periodic quality reports to management.
- Oversee health and safety compliance in warehouses and handling areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control (preferably in fresh fruits and vegetables).Strong knowledge of quality and food safety systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
