  • Oversee and manage all personnel administration processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on personnel activities, headcount, and turnover rates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Participate in audits and ensure all personnel documentation is complete and up to date.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in personnel or HR administration.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
