HORECA Sales Supervisor (restaurants)

 

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense   controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Food industry background or FMCG and HORECA
  • Will work to find new sales leads, through business directories
  • Will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition and management
  • Establishing contracts
  • Increasing yearly sales targets

Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldExperience in the Key Account or HoReCa Sector at least 2 years in FMCG as a Sales SupervisorMales Only.Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experience in customer relationship management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Dedication to providing great customer service.Highly motivated and target-driven.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proven work ethic.Excellent communication skills.Able to communicate the benefits or product clearly to customers and prospects.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
