Duration: Long-term Contract
Full-time: 7 hours daily (including 1-hour daily break), 6 days; (timing semi-flexible based on operational needs)
Location: Remote (must be based in Egypt)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timetables, class schedules, exams, and bookings for online courses (Arabic Language, Quran etc)
- Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and withdrawals.
- Liaise with teachers and students regarding level placements and timetable updates.
- Oversee staff work hours and assist with salary calculations.
- Provide technical support and help manage online platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Support students with enrolment, onboarding, and general queries.
- Ensure teachers complete attendance, grading, and feedback on time.
- Assist with onboarding teachers and resolving their technical issues.
- Collaborate on academic content development and social media outreach.
- Provide occasional support to other departments and help cover absent staff if required.
Additional Notes:
The role may involve supporting in-person programme administration remotely and other duties as needed to meet operational requirements.
