Silk Link (Logistics & Distribution) – a sister company of Arma Group, proudly operating under the umbrella of HSA Group – is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our growing team.
The role plays a vital part in optimizing processes across supply chain, sales, marketing, procurement, and distribution. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that workflows are lean, standardized, and effectively supported by enterprise systems. This position is crucial for driving efficiency, reducing costs, accelerating time-to-market, and enhancing customer satisfaction in the fast-paced FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze end-to-end processes across manufacturing, logistics, and retail execution.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis for issues like inventory, order fulfillment, or forecasting variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Support ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and automation initiatives.
- Create SOPs, workflow documentation, and dashboards for management visibility.
- Track KPIs to measure process efficiency and recommend continuous improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in a business process analysis, operations excellence, or supply chain management role, preferably within the FMCG industry or a related consumer goods sector. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and resourceful in finding effective and sustainable solutions. Collaborative Spirit: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and fostering collaboration across departments. ERP Systems: Hands-on experience and strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Odoo, or Oracle. Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in using BI and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense to analyze data and create insightful reports. Process Modeling Tools: Expertise in using process mapping and modeling software such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Lucid chart, or similar BPMN tools. Productivity Suite: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and modeling. A strong, demonstrable understanding of the end-to-end FMCG value chain, including production cycles, seasonal demand fluctuations, distributor and retailer networks, and trade marketing dynamics. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is highly advantageous.
