Sales Officer

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical and wellness sector for both individual and corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize membership growth.
  • Present and clearly communicate AXON’s mini-med plans, highlighting key benefits and cost-saving features.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market dynamics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, or wellness industry.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed to meet clients.
