Key Responsibilities:

Follow-Up & Compliance
Track work order progress and confirm resolution with customers.
Maintain a 100% follow-up rate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics
Achieve a ≥95% one-time call connection rate.
Adhere strictly to SLA timelines for work order creation and follow-up.
Mandatory Qualifications:Proven experience in customer service or after-sales support.Ability to handle phone, chat, and work order systems simultaneously.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
