The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, utilizing multiple sourcing channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to meet current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Leverage multiple channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, Boolean search, employee referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool/pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts.
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database (ATS/CRM) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Represent the organization professionally and act as a brand ambassador.
- Track and report sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-source, pipeline strength, conversion rates).

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 2–5 years in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment (agency or in-house).Technical Skills:Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing tools.Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.Familiarity with social recruiting and employer branding techniques.
