- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production lines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, production staff, and quality assurance, to support process improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance records.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and upgrades within the facility.
- Ensure all electrical systems adhere to local and international safety codes and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring electrical problems.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend solutions to reduce power consumption.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on electrical safety and best practices.
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.● 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.● Proven experience with electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
