The role involves handling documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, liaising with freight forwarders and shipping lines, monitoring shipments, and maintaining customer relationships. They also work to optimize logistics costs, track delivery schedules, and resolve any export-related issues.

- Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Arrange bookings and schedules for shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress and handle any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of export activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, shipping, and documentation.
- Negotiate rates and terms with logistics providers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years in export/logistics/shipping operations.Skills:Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures.Proficiency in MS Office and shipping/logistics software.Good communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.Language: Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
