2-5 years of experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
