- Manages and supervises the Accounting org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Accounting
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Accounting
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, CFA/ CMA/ IFRS/ FMVA Certification is a plus- More than 5 years of proven experience in the accounting field, in addition to 3 years of leadership and projects management experience- Solid experience in projects and change management- Strong Leadership skills with a high sense of Employee Coaching and Development- High strategic and analytical thinking- Professional level of English Language- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
