- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all personnel files.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in a personnel, HR, or employee relations role.Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from HR data.
