Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Head of Sales who can:
- Build a department from scratch — from hiring to reporting;
- Manage sales, people, and systems all at once;
- Work strategically and hands-on;
- Take full responsibility for results, not just processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and onboarding of Openers and Closers (up to 10 team members);
- Full setup of the sales department: scripts, CRM, pipeline, reporting;
- Daily team motivation and management;
- Tracking and improving team and individual KPIs;
- Running daily standups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 feedback;
- Assisting with high-level deals and sales trainings;
- Maintaining reporting systems, CRM, and dashboards;
- Collaborating with recruitment, marketing, analytics, and leadership.
