Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Head of Sales who can:

  • Build a department from scratch — from hiring to reporting;
  • Manage sales, people, and systems all at once;
  • Work strategically and hands-on;
  • Take full responsibility for results, not just processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
     
  • Hiring and onboarding of Openers and Closers (up to 10 team members);
  • Full setup of the sales department: scripts, CRM, pipeline, reporting;
  • Daily team motivation and management;
  • Tracking and improving team and individual KPIs;
  • Running daily standups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 feedback;
  • Assisting with high-level deals and sales trainings;
  • Maintaining reporting systems, CRM, and dashboards;
  • Collaborating with recruitment, marketing, analytics, and leadership.
