- Visual inspection for the product.
- Quality Test of all products starting from Raw materials till the end product.
- Follow specification for all products starting from Raw materials till the end product
- Working on Oracle systems.
- Follow the defects in product and inform PLC section.
- To assist Shift leader/ Exe officer for all the activities assigned to him.
- To execute all production activates involved to produce quality film.
- To attend the faults encountered during process for production as well as quality of film
- Coordination with other departments for continuous running product as per the specification as well as follow up of history of earlier produced material.
- Use equipment properly and follow safety features.
- Follow HSE instructions in his area specially dealing with chemical Hazards
- Follow environmental protection instruction in his area specially dealing with chemical Hazards.
- Follow company policies (Food safety, HSE, environmental, sharp control and entrance of production hall).
- Applying documents and records approved in management system (BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS and EMS).
