- Develop and execute annual manpower plans in coordination with all departments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficient sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Develop and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and career paths.
- Lead performance management processes and ensure objective appraisal cycles.
- Identify organizational development needs and design interventions for leadership and employee development.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage succession planning and talent development programs.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Analyze and report KPIs related to recruitment, turnover, and development.
