Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement within heavy industries.Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost optimization.Strong knowledge of local and international supply markets and regulations.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).High leadership abilities with experience in team management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of procurement laws and compliance standards.
