Head of Marketing & Communication

  1. Develop and articulate a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with MSMEDA goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with all business lines to integrate marketing strategies into the overall business strategy.
  3. Oversee the creation of attractive and consistent graphic design elements for all marketing materials.
  4. Lead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance MSMEDA online presence.
  5. Responsible for Supervising all digital channels and social media platforms in terms of content, strategy, design, message in line with all stakeholders and business line.
  6. Responsible for intranet channel by Collaborating with all business line for the content.
  7. Developing and supervising the MSMEDA websites and Platforms, to ensure an easy user experience.
  8. Formulate and execute a robust branding strategy to enhance MSMEDA brand equity and recognition.
  9. Collaborate with all business lines to ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all touchpoints.
  10. Direct market research initiatives to gather insights into consumer behavior, Business trends, and competitor activities, set recommendation and initiate marketing campaign accordingly.
  11. Identifying and negotiating marketing opportunities for aspects of cooperation between MSMEDA and development partners.
  12. Identify and negotiate for strategic sponsorship opportunities aligned with MSMEDA objectives.
  13. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote MSMEDA products/services.
  14. Lead the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
  15. Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
  16. Ensure a positive and engaging visitor experience by overseeing the design and layout of exhibits in accordance with business lines.
  17. planning, and distribution of branded giveaways, ensuring a compelling presence that enhances the overall marketing strategy.
  18. Responsible for coordination and publishing engaging content within internal newsletters, fostering effective communication and keeping MSMEDA staff informed and connected.
  19. Develop an effective strategy to market customers’ products/services through various marketing channels/tools.
  20. Coordination with MSMEDA sectors to improve and develop customer service in the branches to achieve MSMEDA goals and sustainability.

A suitable bachelor's degree is required.Not less than 15 years' experienceProven track record of strategic leadership in marketing roles, preferably in a senior executive layer.Extensive experience in digital marketing, branding, and communication strategy.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills.Previous experience in negotiating and managing sponsorships
