Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the primary point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors at the School. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional reception experience while efficiently managing front desk operations. The Receptionist supports administrative functions and ensures effective communication between the school community and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage messages efficiently.
- Oversee visitor access, following school security and safety protocols.
- Provide daily administrative support to the Early Childhood division, including coordinating attendance, transportation, and communication with parents.
- Assist with planning and organizing school events, field trips, and special activities, including permission slips, logistics coordination, and follow-up communication.
- Support general office administration, including filing, copying, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with teachers, leadership, and support staff to ensure smooth coordination of early years and school-wide activities.
- Uphold confidentiality and a professional tone at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by the School Leadership.

- Working hours: 7:40 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday off.

Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in English and Arabic). - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Knowledge of school operations or educational environment is a plus.Key Competencies:- Customer service orientation - Attention to detail - Teamwork and collaboration - Organization and time management - Problem-solving - Discretion and confidentiality
