- Receiving order from private customers
- Placing order with supplier through planner
- Invoicing the materials after receiving the items in stock
- Following with finance and distribution for customer delivery
- Make sure all items delivered as reagent, calibrator, and control
- Follow up with distribution team for the delivery to customers.
- Preparing official sales offer for sales team
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator not less than 3 yearsERP Experience (preferred Oracle)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skills
