As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure clear priorities, structured delivery, and excellent product outcomes.

** ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into clear, actionable product requirementsOwn the product backlog: prioritize features, bugs, and improvementsCollaborate closely with developers, QA, and designers to deliver on sprint goalsWrite clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentationCoordinate sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectivesMonitor delivery progress, identify blockers, and ensure team alignmentCommunicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders on progress and updatesEnsure product quality and usability through thoughtful testing and feedback integration** Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech companyStrong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience writing user stories, managing backlog, and working in sprintsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work with remote development teams and manage priorities across time zonesFluent in English — verbal and written** Preferred QualificationsExperience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similarPrior experience in a service company or fast-paced tech environmentComfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously** Who You AreHighly organized and proactiveComfortable leading conversations and making decisionsDetail-oriented without losing sight of the big picturePassionate about building great user experiencesStrong sense of ownership and accountability
