Personnel & Payroll Specialist

  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  • Having the know-how of Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll, including accurate calculation of wages, tax regulations, deductions, and benefits.
  • Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office) as well as preparing and submitting required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Office & Social Insurance Office procedures and transactions as well as the ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor employee attendance.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Handle employees' leaves based on labor law & keep an updated employee leave balance on a daily basis.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Receive and process personnel forms.
  • Assist in the orientation process of new hires.

BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field (HR certificates are a plus).Good command of English.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the same position.Strong MS Office skills.Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
