- Handle customer inquiries and ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Prepare and manage logistics documents (RFQs, POs, Invoices, etc.)
- Coordinate international shipments and third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Manage import operations and ensure customs compliance
- Monitor shipping costs and stay updated on regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, or a related field (English section preferred)2–6 years of relevant experience in logistics and customer serviceStrong understanding of Incoterms, NAFEZA, and Egyptian customs regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
