As we expand our operations, we seek an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial excellence, optimize capital structures, and spearhead our growth strategy in Egypt's dynamic real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to maximize profitability and shareholder value
- Capital Optimization: Structure innovative financing solutions (debt/equity/JVs) with local and international partners
- Risk Management: Implement robust frameworks for currency, interest rate, and regulatory compliance
- Investment Analysis: Lead feasibility studies and underwriting for new development opportunities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all projects
- Investor Relations: Serve as primary liaison with banks, PE firms, and institutional investors
- Digital Transformation: Integrate proptech solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting
20+ years progressive experience in real estate finance, with 5+ years in C-suite leadershipProven track record securing EGP 500M+ in project financing (Egypt/GCC markets preferred)Expert-level financial modeling (DCF, Argus) and capital structuring skillsDeep understanding of Egyptian real estate regulations and tax frameworksFluent in English and ArabicCFA/CPA/MBA strongly preferredIn depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management softwareAbility to strategize and solve problemsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and people skillsAn analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
