Quality Control Executive

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of the Quality Control department.
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety and quality protocols.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on SPC, HACCP, and SOPs to production and QC staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of product evaluations and key quality indicators.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture or Pharmacy.Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.Strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, and food safety standards.Familiarity with ISO and BRC standards is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Residency in October City is required
