- Manage and oversee Oracle system operations within Aman Holding’s Human Resources department, ensuring the system is fully functional, up to date, and aligned with company requirements
- Provide training and continuous support to the HR team at Aman Holding, ensuring proper system usage and addressing any technical and operational issues reported by users
- Act as the key point of contact for any Oracle-related queries or issues faced by the HR teams at Aman Holding, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize disruption to HR operations
- Monitor and assess the performance of the Oracle system in HR operations, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with Raya Holding’s HR team for system updates or enhancements
- Oversee the accuracy of employee data in Oracle, ensuring that employee records are up-to-date and consistent with company policies
- Collaborate with Raya Holding’s HR department to implement system updates and address any troubleshooting or enhancements needed to meet the evolving needs of Aman Holding
- Communicate system updates and policy changes to all employees involved in Oracle-related HR processes, ensuring they are informed of any relevant updates or changes
- Analyze HR data within the Oracle system to provide actionable insights and reports that support decision-making and strategic planning within the Human Resources department.
