Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and supporting our BPO operations in meeting their staffing needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
○ Conduct job analysis and develop detailed job descriptions and
specifications.
○ Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media,
and company website.
○ Source and attract candidates through proactive methods such as
networking, job fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
○ Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding,
including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with
hiring managers.
○ Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and
manage the offer process.
3. Candidate Experience:
○ Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely
communication throughout the recruitment process.
○ Provide feedback and updates to candidates, addressing any questions or
concerns promptly.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
○ Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and
provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.

○ Coordinate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding
process for new hires.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System
(ATS) and HRIS.
○ Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire,
and source of hire, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
6. Compliance and Best Practices:
○ Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, company
policies, and industry best practices.
○ Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market conditions to enhance
recruitment efforts and strategies.
7. Employer Branding:
○ Promote [Company Name]’s employer brand and values through effective
recruitment marketing and communication.
○ Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline and positioning the company as
an employer of choice.
8. Administrative Support:
○ Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer
letters, managing candidate correspondence, and maintaining recruitment
documentation.


● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a BPO or fast-pacedenvironment.● Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and bestpractices.● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasksefficiently.● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positivecandidate experience.● Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and MicrosoftOffice Suite.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment.
