As a Healthcare Application Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing application services, managing project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare solutions in KSA. Your role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the seamless implementation and support of healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Project Participation:

Participate in project planning and provide application expertise to ensure successful project implementation.

Develop and execute deployment strategies for application systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate customer and contract requirements.

Analyze workflows, create documentation, and lead activities for successful application deployment.

Lead application activities including installation, configuration, customization, UAT, quality checks, training content creation, end-user training, coaching, go-live planning, and operational support.

Work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and project managers, to ensure project success.

Support the sales process with technical expertise and product knowledge.

2. Service Support and Maintenance:

Provide technical support and application guidance to end-users and other related teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

Perform root cause analysis, system log analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure the resolution of support tickets within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with vendors and support teams to address application issues.

Introduce newly released product functionalities to customers.

Maintain customer service documentation and provide reports using relevant tools.
