Role/Title: IT Operations Manager (MacOS)

Shift: Rotational 24x7 (5 days working, 2 days off)
About the Role:
At IntouchCx, we are seeking a dynamic IT Operations Manager with a focus on MacOS environments to lead and elevate our IT operations. In this immersive role, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for delivering reliable IT services at our site, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional technical support in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Assume responsibility for all IT operational services and activities at your designated site, ensuring smooth implementation and administration of hardware and software.
- Provide ongoing, on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and other critical IT equipment.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, select, orient, and train IT staff while conducting regular 1:1 coaching sessions with IT Generalists to foster personal and professional growth.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and collaborative work environment through proactive team engagement and adherence to company policies.
- Project & Issue Management:
- Coordinate resources and manage timetables across IT and non-IT departments to complete projects on time.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, including repairs, upgrades, and configurations, while taking ownership of technical challenges and ensuring timely resolution through effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Monitor, report, and document system performance issues, interpreting technical concerns, testing solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Champion digital transformation and process automation initiatives to optimize IT operations, enhance service delivery, and ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Collaborate with diverse clients, team members, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and implement innovative IT solutions.
Requirements:Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.A minimum of 2 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a management or project management capacity.Demonstrated expertise in managing base images and software packaging deployments.Strong working knowledge of MacOS, iOS, and related system environments, along with experience in Microsoft desktop/server platforms and software management applications.Proven track record in hardware installation, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Detail-oriented team player with creative problem-solving and project management skills, capable of driving change and innovation in a dynamic environment.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach.
