- Manage the entire recruitment process for blue-collar positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified blue-collar candidates through various channels.
- Screen applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for blue-collar roles.
- Build and maintain a network of potential blue-collar candidates.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events targeting blue-collar candidates.
Bachelor's degree.Experience ( 3:5 ) with a specific focus on blue-collar in recruiting for the retail or convenience store industry.Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
