✅ Job Descriptions (JD) & Job Analysis (JA): Ensure role clarity and effective job structuring.
✅ Workload Analysis: Assess task distribution to improve efficiency and productivity.
✅ Succession Planning: Identify and develop internal talent pipelines for key roles.
✅ HR KPIs & Data Analysis: Monitor key HR metrics and turn insights into strategic actions.
✅ Organizational Structure Updates: Review and refine the company’s organizational structure to align with business objectives.
✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace.
