- Design; create the annual manpower plan & budget through the input received from functional managers to ensure time and effectiveness of meeting requirements aligned with HR budget and within appropriate timely manner.
- Develop & create Talen Acquisition and employment branding procedures and forms to avail proper guidelines to be communicated with concerned parties to be submitted to HR Manager for feedback and approval.
- Assess, coach, motivate, and provide guidance to Talent Acquisition team to ensure proper work operation.
- Continually set and modify recruitment strategies from sourcing to selection criteria to comply with desirable business needs.
- Conduct interviews for senior levels to ensure their ability to the vacant position required to be filled.
- Present approved offer letter to succeeded candidates to be officially documented.
- Administer recruitment team in participation in Job Fairs and analyses the input received from participation to define profitability of the participation.
- Continuously audit database to ensure it is effective and the availability of candidates' pool for the required positions.
- Analyze the resources input to define its effectiveness.
- Submit recruitment monthly, quarterly, and annually reports to HR Manager to be aware with the process of work operation.
- Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring.
- Ensures that all new employees have received the required induction at the beginning of their job.
Work experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 7 years.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.Experience using professional social networks.Experience in setting employment branding plan with hands on success stories.Experience in Pharma-retail or retail is a must.English fluency.BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.High communication and Interpersonal skillsProblem solving & Decision MakingLeadership & Supervision skillsWork under pressure & Flexibility.
